Monthly face to face meetings to discuss your ledger and confirm actions you would like us to take.
We take a pride in our service therfore unless we are successful in collecting payments on your behalf - we do not submit a bill for commission fees. We know the law re debt collection. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) act of 1988 - suppliers are able to claim interest to compensate them when debtors pay after agreed payment terms. This act was augmented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts regulations 2002 and we will work on your behalf to ensure that whenever possible for persistent or bad debtors - the amount that can be recovered is the maximum permitted under the law.
It is a sad fact that there will alaways be occasions when Litigation is the only way to achieve a payment. We have our own Legal Executives - which means we can effect fast efficient court action whilst keeping the legal costs for this action to a minimum.
